Focal Point is a window company with a difference. We are based in Taunton, Somerset and like you, we understand the importance of your home – it’s more than just bricks and mortar. As such, we will treat your home with great respect.

All too often we hear the horror stories now commonly associated with the double-glazing industry… big businesses, greedy owners and third party installers rushing the job and making a mess. We are committed to providing quite a different experience. As a small specialist business, we trade on our reputation. As such, we go the extra mile every time to ensure our customers are delighted with our work.

Our role is three-fold:

1. To increase the value of your property through the proper installation of high quality products.

2. To maintain the building’s integrity by only using appropriate products that are sympathetic to the architecture.

3. To ensure the installation experience is one of total satisfaction for you, our customer.

Our forte is a wealth of experience in the building trade and therefore, unlike so many of our competitors, we personally manage any building requirements (such as conservatory or porch bases) and all aspects of the installation process. Whatever challenge may present itself during installation, we have the expertise and commitment to manage it properly, professionally and to the standard we’d expect in our own home.
